The Catalyst Circle is a self-organized elected representation of participants in the Cardano Community. They function as an advisory board to the project’s future directions.

The Circle includes members from IOG and the CF. IOG research can be accessed as determined by the Circle members with final decisions made by the Fund Operator. It is open to EMURGO to also join as a genesis key holder, if EMURGO wishes.
